Our services are designed to assist creators in managing their content and business operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

All users must be at least 18 years of age to access our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to any content you provide.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and content. All information shared with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy laws.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Swan Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
